The Weight Reset Program
The experienced practitioners who consult with Juniper’s Weight Reset Program can offer eligible patients treatments effective for weight management.
The treatment
Due to Australian Therapeutic Goods regulations, we are unable to discuss specific treatment options until you have a consultation with one of our Juniper practitioners. This is to ensure a qualified medical professional discusses all the options available to you before you make any decisions regarding medical treatments.
When beginning treatment with Juniper, your practitioner may ask you to complete a blood test. This may be required to help your practitioner monitor any pre-existing or developing health conditions to best manage your treatment moving forward. You can get your blood test at your local pathology clinic. It’s covered by Medicare, so there are no out-of-pocket costs.
Juniper’s treatments are effective long-term treatments for losing weight and keeping it off. Patients should continue treatment until they have formed sustainable behavioural changes to maintain results and prevent weight regain after they come off the program. We’re with you as long as you need us.
Health coaching
Once you have signed up to the Juniper Program you will receive an email with all the details to connect you with our team of health coaches and dietitians. This is a core part of the Juniper Program that allows you to chat directly to your dedicated health coach and dietitian, and get involved in the supportive Juniper community.
Our practitioners
All Juniper practitioners are qualified, specialist GPs and nurse practitioners. They include Fellows of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP). They all have a passion for women's health and take a holistic, patient-centred and relationship-based approach with Juniper patients.

Yes! Our medical support team of registered nurses and pharmacists has extensive experience helping patients like you. They can answer your questions, support you if you experience side effects, or put you back in touch with a practitioner at any time once you’ve started your treatment.

Pricing
We know everyone's weight loss journey is different. If the Juniper Program doesn't work for you, you can cancel your treatment plan within the first 30 days of receiving your first order, and we'll refund your first order subject to our Terms and Conditions. To request your 30-day money-back guarantee, please submit a request here and our Customer Support Team will process your refund.
If you have private health insurance, your provider may be able to cover some or all of the costs of your treatment plan. Alternatively, you may be eligible for one of our alternative treatment options which may be more cost-effective. Contact your Juniper practitioner for more information.
