What treatments are available with Juniper? Are they approved in Australia?
All treatments available on the Juniper program have been approved for use in Australia, and are commonly recommended by GPs and local pharmacies for the treatment of weight management. Australian regulations prevent us from going into further detail outside an appointment with a registered professional. Your practitioner will cover all options and answer questions during your appointment. This is to ensure a qualified medical professional discusses all the options available to you before you make any decisions regarding medical treatments.
Will I experience side effects on Juniper’s treatment?
All treatments come with a risk of side effects, but side effects experienced on Juniper’s treatments are usually temporary and can be reduced and managed with lifestyle interventions. The most common side effects on Juniper’s treatments are nausea, with 40% of users experiencing this temporarily. Other common side effects include reflux, headaches, constipation, vomiting, fatigue and irritation to the injection site. We know these side effects are not ideal, but they are common and normal among patients on this class of treatment.
Thankfully, our medical support team of nurses and pharmacists will check on you regularly at the start of treatment and be there to guide and support you through managing and reducing any side effects. You can reach out to the team by submitting a request here or emailing [email protected].

Juniper starts from $249*, with pricing varying based on the treatment plan and level of support you choose.
All Juniper programs include clinically proven medical treatment, unlimited follow-up consultations with an Australian practitioner, health tracking via our app, and access to our supportive Juniper community. 1:1 health coaching can be added for extra support at anytime.

Do you accept health insurance?
We facilitate access to pharmacy invoices to claim with your private health insurance.
Please contact your provider to find out if you might be eligible for a rebate.
Is there a discount on my first month?
Yes. New patients can receive $50 off their first month at checkout with the code START50. This includes any treatment plans.

Are all program options priced the same?
No, Juniper offers two programs.
The lowest monthly cost program plan starts from $349 and the other from $499 (excluding any first-month discounts). Both program plans increase as you move to the next stage of your program.
All of the pricing details will be discussed in your consultation with a practitioner to ensure we find the most appropriate treatment plan for you.
Does Juniper offer a flexible payment plan?
We accept payment via Zip Pay, giving you the freedom to make flexible repayments on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly schedule with no interest. We provide pharmacy invoices to claim with your private health insurance.
For regular payments we accept debit or credit through Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Can I switch to a bundle plan later?
Yes. Existing patients can switch by booking a review consultation. New patients can choose their bundle at checkout after their consultation.
Am I locked in?
The Juniper program is designed to fit your life. On a monthly plan, you're never locked in and can pause or cancel at any time. On a bundle plan, you've committed upfront but can still cancel — see our cancellation policy for details.
