Juniper (we, us, our) is an online health platform dedicated to menopausal health. At Juniper we:
Create and link to high quality information about various aspects of menopausal health; and
Facilitate confidential consultations between our customers and:
Registered Australian health practitioners (Partner Practitioners); and
Other Australian registered health providers who provide menopause treatment services, such as pathology providers and pharmacists (Partner Providers)
Juniper is a virtual medical centre in which you can be put in touch with Partner Practitioners who specialise areas related to menopausal health. This means you no longer need to book time off work to sit in a waiting room or wait in pharmacy queues. Juniper can link you with Partners who can consult with you and provide you with tailored advice relevant to your concerns and within the Partner's field of expertise or training.
It is important you are aware that our Website content and any communications you have with Juniper representatives (other than Partner Practitioners and Partner Providers) do not constitute medical advice. You should always obtain medical advice from a Partner Practitioner, Partner Provider or your regular doctor to ensure any particular medication or treatment is suitable and safe for you. This is because Juniper is a virtual medical platform that links its customers with registered health providers and allied support persons. Juniper does not on its own accord provide health services.
To make orders through the Website or attend consultations with Partner Practitioners or Partner Providers you must become a registered customer. Each customer is allowed to create a maximum of one registered customer account (Account).
Registered account holders must:
Be over 18 years old;
Reside in Australia;
Be capable of entering a legally binding agreement with Juniper; and
Agree to these Terms and Conditions
Registered account holders are required to create an Account password and keep it secure. If you suspect your Account has been subject to unauthorised use you must immediately notify Juniper and change your password. This is important so that your personal information remains secure.
You agree that all information provided to Juniper and the Partners will be accurate and complete and that you will not omit any information that a reasonable person would consider relevant to the services you seek through the Website.
It is your responsibility to advise your regular doctor of any medications or treatments our Partner Practitioners have prescribed to you. However, if you would like our Partner Practitioners or Partner Providers to forward information to your regular doctor on your behalf (for instance, information about medications prescribed or treatment provided to you by a Partner Practitioner), please let your Partner Practitioner know and provide your written consent for us to do so.

Juniper Cancellation and Refund Policy
Juniper offers products and services that can be purchased on an automatically renewing subscription basis. For subscription-based products and services, your payment will be billed at regular intervals, as described during the checkout process, until your treatment plan is complete or your treatment plan is cancelled. All prices listed are inclusive of GST and shipping costs where relevant.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. There are two ways to cancel your subscription:
When you cancel your subscription, you will not be charged for and will not receive future orders under that subscription, subject to the Order Refunds section below.
Generally, we are not able to issue refunds for orders on the day they are processed.
Subject to rights that cannot be waived under Australian Consumer Law, cancellations after the Refund Cutoff Time will not be subject to a refund.
The Refund Cutoff Time is 11:59pm the day before the applicable order processing date of your subscription.
In some circumstances, if you cancel your order after the Refund Cutoff Time you may receive a refund. Those circumstances are:
our partner pharmacy cannot fulfil your order due to lack of stock
a product or pricing error is identified
a product is faulty
If you are eligible for a refund, it will be made using the payment method you used for the original transaction. We cannot process refunds to alternative cards or payment methods.
For example: If your order is due to process on the 15th of July, you must cancel your subscription by 11:59pm on the 14th July. If you cancel your subscription after this cut off period, you will not be eligible for a refund on the order.
Discounts must be applied at the time of purchase, we can’t apply them retrospectively.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. Our pharmacies follow a strict code of professional practice and are under obligation to ensure that medication has been produced and stored under strict conditions at all times. If you think your product is faulty or has been damaged in transit, please contact [email protected] and we will be happy to assist.
